We aim to keep sufficient amount of stock that we never sell out. However, from time to time we may unfortunately run out of stock due to high demand.

Unfortunately, due to our fast fulfilment service. We are unable to amend orders once they have been placed.

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time. Please add the details on the Contact Form to cancel your order and then return the item[s] back to us.

   If your order has not already been fulfilled and despatched. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund (including delivery charges) to the Debit Card, Credit Card or PayPal account used to place your order with us. Refunds will be processed and refunded within 14 days of cancellation.

   Due to our fast fulfilment service, as soon as your order is placed we will begin to fulfil your order. So occasionally, we will be unable to cancel your order. You can still get a refund by following our returns procedure or by refusing delivery when delivery is attempted. We will then process the refund within 14 days. *Please Note - Cancellations are accepted or rejected at our discretion.

We are sorry to learn that your order appears to missing an item[s]. We kindly ask you to check your delivery label. From time to time orders are split into multiple deliveries.

If your order appears to be still missing item[s] after checking your delivery label. Please Contact Us and we'll try and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. To speed up the process of your query. Please include your order number.

All orders are despatched via Royal Mail, DPD or Evri

Orders can be delivered to any UK Address (Excluding Remote Areas.) Your order shipping address can be alternative to your billing address. 

Delivery to “Remote Areas” is £11.99. A list of postcodes and areas that our couriers consider to be "Remote Areas" is provided below:

Scottish Offshore: (HS1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3)

Orders to some addresses —particularly those in Scotland's Highlands and offshore — cannot be delivered the next day and may take several days. Remote regions are not eligible for Saturday delivery.

Regrettably, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight.

If delivery is attempted and you are unable to accept delivery. Then the courier delivering your order will leave a card at the delivery address confirming delivery has been attempted. Instructions on the card will provide you with more information on how to rearrange delivery or collect your order.  

Yes, all despatched orders are provided with a unique tracking number. Once your order has been fulfilled and despatched from us. You will receive an email confirming the despatch of your order and you will be provided with a tracking number. We offer a 30 day returns policy from the date you have received your order.
