Payment

All our goods are supplied are on a payment-with-order basis. This means payment must be paid when the order is placed. We accept payment via Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal. Orders are only accepted once payment has been made.

Despatching the Goods & Availability

We usually process and despatch your goods on the same working day. As long as we receive your order before 3pm (Mon-Fri.) Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched the following working day.

 We aim to keep sufficient amount of stock that we never sell out. However, from time to time we may unfortunately run out of stock due to high demand. If this happens, we may delay the despatch of your order until stock is available. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to no stock. We will inform you by either email or phone using your information provided. You can contact us at any time to check the progress of your order.

Age Restrictions

On some products we supply, age restrictions apply. By ordering these goods, you are confirming that you are Over 18 and that the person receiving the delivery, is also Over 18. We will perform age checks for all orders containing age-restricted items. You may need to provide official documents as proof of age (either by email or post). We have the right to cancel your order for age-restricted items if we have good reason to believe you do not meet the relevant age restriction.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time. Please add the details on the Contact Form to cancel your order and then return the item[s] back to us.

   If your order has not already been fulfilled and despatched. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund (including delivery charges) to the Debit Card, Credit Card or PayPal account used to place your order with us. Refunds will be processed and refunded within 14 days of cancellation.

   Due to our fast fulfilment service, as soon as your order is placed we will begin to fulfil your order. So occasionally, we will be unable to cancel your order. You can still get a refund by following our returns procedure set out below or by refusing delivery when delivery is attempted. We will then process the refund within 14 days. *Please Note - Cancellations are accepted or rejected at our discretion.

Delivery

Delivery of your order is available to most address' in the UK (Excluding Remote Post Codes.) For standard delivery, you will receive your goods on the next working day. *If your order has been placed before 2pm. If the carrier struggles to find your address or they experience any delays. Your delivery could possibly take a little longer.

 If a quicker delivery is required, you may select one of our premium delivery options. Whether these options can be applied to your order, will depend on your delivery location and date/time of order. When your order has been placed, delivery time will be confirmed.

  Once your returned goods have been returned back to us and have been processed. A full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 Days.

    *Please Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any delivery charges paid. 

      Quality Assurance

      If any of the goods we supply fail to perform satisfactorily due to faulty materials or workmanship, Contact Us at any time and we will work with you to deal with the problem. This process may involve a repair, providing a replacement product or giving you a full or partial refund. Your rights, defined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected by these terms.

      Our Errors

      We are frequently updating our products, prices and offers. We are assertive of our staff and technology. However, from time to time mistakes can happen. If goods for sale are sold at incorrect price, we will always try to respect the price paid. However, there maybe a rare occasion where it is not possible for us to do this. If this circumstance happens. We will contact you and explain the incident. If we cannot sort out the matter reasonably with you, we have the right to refuse your order and refund any payment made.

      Unexpected Circumstances

      If circumstances such as: strikes, wars, acts of terrorism or even small things like power cuts that interfere with our fulfilment process. We will do our best to keep things going. However, we will not be legally responsible to you for any failure which is due to these unexpected circumstances or any other situation outside our control.

      Legal Responsibility

      Our Terms and Conditions should not affect your legal rights or limit our legal responsibility for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from our negligence, or any other liability which we cannot limit or exclude by law. (This includes our legal responsibility under Section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987.) We are not liable for compensation for delivery delays or failures that are outside our control. Expect for if you have requested a premium delivery option. In these circumstances, we will refund any delivery fees charged. We will not be legally responsible for any losses which both FixTrade.co.uk and you could not expect at the time the you purchased the goods. If you are purchasing goods as trade customer, we will not be legally responsible for any business losses.
