We offer a 30 day returns policy from the date you have received your order.

You can return your goods back to us by printing off our Returns Form. If you are unable to print off our returns form. Please follow the steps below:

  Once your returned goods have been returned back to us and have been processed. A full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 Days.

Returning a Faulty/Incorrect Item

If your order has arrived faulty or incorrect. Please get in touch with us by filling out our Contact Form. Alternately, you can email us: info@fixtrade.co.uk. To speed up the process of your query, please include your order number. 

Cancel Your Order

You are able to cancel your order at anytime until your order has left our fulfilment centre for delivery. Our fulfilment team work quickly, so the quickest way to cancel your order is to fill out our Contact Form or you can email us: info@fixtrade.co.uk. To speed up the process of your cancelation, please include your order number. This can be found on the order confirmation email you have received when you placed your order. 

 Once cancellation has been approved. Refunds will be processed and refunded back into your original payment method within 14 Days.

 If your order has already been despatched from our fulfilment centre. We regrettably will be unable to cancel your order. Please follow our return instructions above to obtain a refund.
